For this Season of Lent our Guest Pastors wil be focusing their message on our Lent Sermon Series "The Cross of Christ". This week we welcome Pastor Jonathan Hwang! Jonathan is the Associate Pastor at Hope Community Church, he was born in South Korea and moved to Canada in 1998. He grew up in Abbotsford, BC where he studied all the way through his Bachelor’s degree at Columbia Bible College. He has served in Korean congregations and became an ordained pastor in the CRC through the MDiv program at Regent College & Calvin. This Sunday Pastor Jonathan will be preaching his sermon "In the World, Not of the World" from the scripture passage of 1 John 2:15-17.
