Serve Victoria 2018 - Day 2

Today is Sunday my dudes! I (Ryan) was awoken to the bright light coming into our room because the garbage bag curtain fell off the window. We ate delicious pancakes for breakfast and later joined in church. We were commissioned for SERVE with the whole church. After church we left to go to Beacon Hill Park. We ate the lunches we made and spent quality time with good people and better peacocks. There were so many peacocks and they were all making very loud AND obnoxious noises. They sounded like the big bird from the Pixar movie UP. We then headed towards downtown and we started a photo scavenger hunt. On our hunt for photos we met a man dressed in all pink named Floyd. Matteya challenged him to a game of tic-tac-toe in which he cheated and still lost. At the end of the scavenger hunt there was a man who had a rod with holes and a long didgeridoo. He made us see colours when we looked into the sun with our eyes. Then we wandered throughout Victoria and got Slurpees and we talked to Floyd again. We ate burgers for dinner, and finished our day with worship, small groups, and a whole lot of games!
