January Special Offering Weeks 1&2: Guatemala Missions Ministry Project 2025: This year, together with Hope Haven Canada, we are sending a team of 9 volunteers to Peten, Guatemala to be involved with house building, wheelchair distribution and home visits. This month's collection goes directly to the cost of 100 wheelchairs to be distributed, housing projects and food/healthcare distribution packages. Please consider giving generously to this project.

Youth: Join us on Sunday evenings at 6:30pm for faith, devotion and fun!!!  Youth is for children in grades 8-12 and they meet every Sunday evening here at Willoughby.

Here are the activities for the month January:

  • January 5th - New Year's Break - No Youth
  • January 12th - Bible Study
  • January 19th - Cooking Night with Tamara - 5-7pm
  • January 26th - Bible Study

Preteens: Join us on Thursday evenings for faith, activities, bible study, games and a whole lot of fun!!! Preteens is for children in grades 4-7 and they meet on the first and third Thursday's of every month at 6:30pm.

Blood Donor Clinic: This month we will be hosting our Blood Donor Clinic on Tuesday, January 14th starting at 1pm. If you are able, please join in saving lives together by donating blood.  Appointments are necessary and can be booked at blood.ca.

Tuesday's Bible Study: We will be returning on Tuesday, January 14th, we will be meeting at 2:00pm in the prayer room to read and reflect. All are welcome to join!!! Any questions, call or email Pat Storteboom.

Men's Study Night: On Wednesday, January 15th the Village Church is hosting a Men's Night here at Willoughby Church and have extended an invitation to our congregation. The night will be from 7-9pm, and you can get all the relevant information, and be signed up to be prepared for the evening by texting 'MEN' to 833-224-4027.

Save the Date: Women’s Connect - Saturday, February 8, from 10am - 12:00pm. Join us for a fun Saturday morning of socializing and refreshments. We are going to be doing Pass The Painting Game.  All supplies will be provided. And no…great artistic skills are not required! It’s all in fun!  Invite a friend! Sign up sheet is in the foyer. Telecare Crisis & Caring Line: Be the Lifeline Someone Needs - At Telecare Crisis and Caring Line, we are
expanding our phone support and introducing chat support to connect with the younger generation. We need your help. In recent times, the rates of social anxiety and depression among young people have significantly
increased. Therefore, we are actively looking for dedicated volunteers like you who can lend an ear
