We are beginning our study this season with a book, “The Word of the Lord-Seeing Jesus in the Prophets” by Nancy Guthrie. She writes, “Many of us would say that the Bible is the most important book in our lives, and yet there are parts of it we’ve been content to not really know about……….What is it that makes the Old Testament Prophetic Books difficult to read and understand?“

Daycare Request: The daycare committee is looking for a 25 passenger bus or a 15 person van for the daycare, they need to replace the current bus within the next six months!!! The current bus recently broke down and it was an expensive repair for the daycare. Youth Justice Project – NewGround - “God creates each of us by Christ Jesus to join Him in the work He does, the good work He has gotten ready for us to do - work we had better be doing” (Eph. 2:7-10, MSG). For the past 30 years, the NewGround program of Diaconal Ministries Canada (formerly called Operation Manna) has helped over 100 churches in Canada love their community! We now have grants and support for teens and youth groups through our Youth Justice Project! They can receive up to $6000 for a project in their local community that addresses an injustice. Our aim is to empower the next generation of justice-seekers!
