March Special Offering: The Canadian Foodgrains Bank is a partnership of 15 church-based agencies, including World Renew, working together to end global hunger. They provide emergency food assistance during natural disasters, conflicts, and humanitarian crises as well as pursue long-term solutions to end world hunger by supporting families' efforts to produce their own food. Canadian Foodgrains Bank supports World Renew by collecting grain and cash donations, provides funds and expert advice on projects, and supports World Renew in the purchasing and distribution of food aid.
You can give through the Tithely app or by cash or cheque. Please indicate CFGB on the memo line of your cheque or envelope to indicate the designation of your funds. You can give at any time during the month. Global Affairs Canada continues to match donations up to 4:1.
"Share your food with the hungry, and give shelter to the homeless. Give clothes to those who need them, and do not hide from relatives who need your help. Then your salvation will come like the dawn, and your wounds will quickly heal. Your godliness will lead you forward, and the glory of the Lord will protect you from behind." (Isaiah 58: 7 - 8)
