How Do We Think About Failure Theologically? Sunday, June 27 at 5 pm (PST). Join CRC campus ministers Mike Wagenman (Western University, Ontario) and Rick Mast (University of Alberta) for our final book discussion of the academic year! We conclude with a challenging book: "A Theology of Failure" by Marika Rose. This book/discussion will be perfect for philosophy students and others interested in thinking critically about our assumptions about “success” and “failure” in the work of Slavoj Žižek (affectionately referred to as today’s “rock star philosopher”). Register through Eventbrite.
The Banner: The June edition of the Banner is available at the church! You can also access a copy online at The Banner. The annual Banner donation appeal was disrupted by COVID and may have been missed altogether. To keep the Banner community conversation going, give online now at www.theBanner.org/Donate
