Hi blog,
Today was absolutely amazing! my group and I left the church after a great breakfast and then went to Tom and Yvonne’s to do some cool stuff. When we got there we were met by Tom and he brought us around the property showing us what we should do and we split up into groups, boys and girls. Jonathan, Ryan, I were working on making their new fence and the girls were working on trimming the hedge and getting rid of a lot of other stuff. We all felt like God was working through Tom and Yvonne because of their two sons that they were taking care of. They were both blind and one of them had autisim. The unconditional love they showed them warmed their hearts and everyone was super willing to help and made sure to be supportive. When we were done working we all went to the lake and swam for about an hour. The water was awesome but also uncomfortably warm, that was pretty much it for the rest of the day except for our popsicle stick towers and ultimate frisbee!!!!
